Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to resolve dampness-phlegm in Spleen Qi Deficiency pattern.

Each pill contains:

Poria cocos (Poria) root equiv. to dry

62mg

Cinnamomum cassia (Chinese cinnamon twig) twig equiv. to dry

46mg

Atractylodes macrocephala (Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry

31mg

Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry

31mg

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
