Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to nourish spirit in Heart Yin Deficiency pattern.

Ingredients

Each pill contains:
Biota orientalis seed equiv. to dry	44mg
Lycium chinense fruit equiv. to dry	33mg
Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmannia) root equiv. to dry	22mg
Scrophularia ningpoensis (Ningpo Figwort root) root equiv. to dry	22mg
Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) root equiv. to dry	11mg
Ophiopogon japonicus tuber equiv. to dry	11mg
Polygala sibirica (Polygala sibirica) root bark equiv. to dry	11mg
Poria cocos (Poria) root equiv. to dry	11mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry	5mg

 

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
