Ingredients

Each pill contains:
Paeonia lactiflora (Peony) root equiv. to dry	28mg
Poria cocos (Poria) root equiv. to dry	28mg
Bupleurum falcatum (Bupleurum) root equiv. to dry	21mg
Gardenia jasminoides (Cape Jasmine) fruit equiv. to dry	21mg
Paeonia suffruticosa (Tree Peony) root bark equiv. to dry	21mg
Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) root equiv. to dry	14mg
Atractylodes macrocephala (Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry	14mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry	7mg
Mentha haplocalyx (Field Mint) herb equiv. to dry	7mg
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome equiv. to dry	7mg

 

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
