Atractylodes macrocephala (Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry

Polyporus umbellatus root equiv. to dry

Cinnamomum cassia (Chinese cinnamon twig) twig equiv. to dry

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
