Ingredients

Each pill contains:
Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmannia) root equiv. to dry	45mg
Dioscorea oppositifolia (Chinese Yam) root equiv. to dry	23mg
Cornus officinalis (Cornelian Cherry) fruit equiv. to dry	23mg
Alisma plantago aquatica (Water Plantain) rhizome equiv. to dry	17mg
Ophiopogon japonicus tuber equiv. to dry	17mg
Paeonia suffruticosa (Tree Peony) root bark equiv. to dry	17mg
Poria cocos (Poria) fruiting body equiv. to dry	17mg
Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) fruit equiv. to dry	11mg

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
