Ingredients

Each pill contains:
Perilla frutescens (Perilla) fruit equiv. to dry	27mg
Pinellia ternata (Pinellia) rhizome equiv. to dry	27mg
Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) root equiv. to dry	18mg
Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) root bark equiv. to dry	18mg
Peucedanum praeruptorum root equiv. to dry	18mg
Ziziphus jujuba (Zizyphus) fruit equiv. to dry	18mg
Aquilaria malaccensis root wood equiv. to dry	9mg
Cinnamomum cassia (Cinnamon) stem bark equiv. to dry	9mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry	9mg
Perilla frutescens (Perilla) leaf equiv. to dry	9mg
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome equiv. to dry	9mg

 

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
