Dioscorea oppositifolia (Chinese Yam) root equiv. to dry

Alisma plantago aquatica (Water Plantain) rhizome equiv. to dry

Paeonia suffruticosa (Tree Peony) root equiv. to dry

20mg

Poria cocos (Poria) fruiting body equiv. to dry

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
