Ingredients

Each pill contains:
Atractylodes macrocephala (Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry	37mg
Poria cocos (Poria) fruiting body equiv. to dry	37mg
Codonopsis pilosula (Codonopsis) root equiv. to dry	18mg
Pinellia ternata (Pinellia) rhizome equiv. to dry	18mg
Amomum villosum (Wild Cardamom) fruit equiv. to dry	15mg
Citrus reticulata (Citrus peel) fruit peel equiv. to dry	15mg
Cyperus rotundus rhizome equiv. to dry	13mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry	13mg
Ziziphus jujuba (Zizyphus) fruit equiv. to dry	4mg
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome equiv. to dry	2mg

 

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
